MAC Packaging has specialized in and been the industry leader in Military Specification Packaging (MIL-SPEC) for over 40 years. If you have acquired a government contract, our knowledge and relationships can save you valuable time, money and expense. When requested we offer assistance in the bidding process to ensure clients know all of the costs associated with the contract.

For our MIL-SPEC clients we can also print and affix proper MSL’s (Military Shipping Labels), bar code marking labels, stencils, radio frequency identification tags and UID markings. We will ship your product for you directly to the government facility. We also offer assistance for administrative requirements. These include billing the government for you via the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF/ iRAPT) document, the required electronic interface for the U.S. government. This service helps assure delivery acceptance and timely payments of your invoices.

OUR PROCESS

The most ideal approach for us here at MAC Packaging is to engage with our customers at the solicitation stage. If we can be involved with our customers when they are responding to a quote to the Military, we can ensure that all costs involved with doing business with the U.S. Gov’t can be included in the quote to not impact the projected profit margin.

SOLICITATION STAGE

MAC Packaging will review the solicitation to determine the costs associated with packaging, packing and labeling. We will also review the quote to determine potential costs associated with inspection, shipping and documentation. All these costs can be built in to your quote.

REVIEW THE CONTRACT

Once a contract has been issued we will, at no cost to you, review the contract to verify that all terms and conditions stipulated in the solicitation have been included in the issued contract.

Packaging and labeling services

Upon issuance of a purchase order to MAC packaging we can begin to acquire all necessary materials to prepare for completion of our packaging, packing and labeling services in a timely fashion. Advance notification of an awarded contract will ensure a guaranteed turn time and keep your deliveries to the U.S. Government on time.

iRAPT/WAWF PAPERWORK

Finally, all necessary paperwork associated with iRAPT/WAWF can be completed by MAC Packaging for our customers at no additional cost with advance notification.
