V3C boxes meet the following specs:  ASTM-D4727 and ASTM-D5118. These military shipping containers are manufactured using weatherized corrugated fiberboard which perform well when exposed to high moisture environments.

 WHAT IS V3C CORRUGATED?

V3C Boxes are available in multiple sizes.  MAC Packaging is the leading supplier for military specified packaging. We offer a complete line of government spec weather resistant sheets utilizing V3C, W5C, V11C materials. Other government board combinations are also available and can be customized to your specific application. Water resistant liners can be manufactured and coated with repellents and adhesives. Wet strength medium that meet WPA, and MRA standards have been found to be reliable to domestic weather resistant applications.

V3C boxes are chemically treated military shipping containers that are made of weatherized corrugated fiberboard that are required in most instances when shipping to the federal government. While not all agencies within the government require the use of V3C boxes when shipping product to them, the majority of agencies do. These boxes provide a sturdy packaging solution which performs well when exposed to high moisture environments during the shipping process.
